Efficiently Integrating Rehab Into Your Practice

Integrating rehab into your practice can be difficult from a continuity of care and logistical standpoint. Having rehab in your practice that is effective, systematized, and reproducible can be achieved, and in this episode, I interview Dr. Ben Fergus of Cornerstone Health and The GRIP Approach.

We have a wide-ranging conversation on rehab, being a leading educator in your community, and how to improve your clinical outcomes.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • Collecting and Cataloging resources to improve your patient outcomes

  • Becoming a creator in your community

  • How to have a rehab system that gets results and positions you as an expert in your community.

  • Positioning yourself in the community with certain niches.

  • Team development and communication.

Many of you want to have rehab in your practice or already do but struggle to make it a viable aspect of your practice. The truth is, rehab is particularly important, but if you are not careful, you will not be able to implement it in a fashion that improves your business finances. It can drain your practice if not implemented correctly.

In this episode, we attempt to guide you in solving these issues in having a thriving practice that offers rehab to your patients.
